For some RVers choosing a rig is all about getting the maximum amount of usable space.

For others it comes down to finding the smallest space they can comfortably live in.

Airstreams offer the best of both worlds.

Airstream trailers range in size from 16 – 34 feet long. The 16-foot version makes a great weekend warrior-type trailer that can fit into the smallest of camping sites.

The 34-foot is roomy and spacious while still maintaining a low profile. It will easily slip under bridges and around campgrounds with low hanging branches.

The lack of slides means Airstreams can squeeze into even the narrowest of spaces.

Yes, it’s true that the rounded corners and roof take away from potential upper cabinet space. But would you rather have more room for stuff, or more opportunities to visit places where a 40-foot motorhome or 13-foot tall fifth wheel would never fit?

For a large amount of Airstream owners, even those who live full-time in their rigs, the second answer is the best one.
