You Won’t Believe The Inside Of This Remodeled Keystone Travel Trailer
Bobby and Morgan Holder reached out to us at Do It Yourself RV to share their beautifully remodeled Keystone Springdale camper. From the outside, it looks like your average manufactured travel trailer, but the inside is newly rebuilt like a cozy small cabin.
Everything in the trailer was ripped out and replaced. “We put a whole new floor down, fixed a soft spot on the back, replaced all the damaged back end spots, paneled the walls and ceiling.” Morgan shares.
The kitchen was grouted and redesigned with a stone wall. They applied a new rubber coating on the roof and stained wood trim throughout the camper.
They installed new lights and light switches and put up new outdoorsy window valances. The kitchen cabinets were also redone and painted black.
The couch cushions and dinette were replaced with dark leather seats. For entertainment, they added in new TVs with sound bars and surround sound.
The kitchen was upgraded with a new fridge and comes fully stocked with everything you need for camping. The newly rebuilt bathroom is just down the hall only a few steps from the bedroom.
In the bathroom, the portable toilet is now adorned with a Happy Camper cover and floor mat. It sits just across from the new sink and beside the new shower and tub.
The bunk beds and queen bed were replaced with all new mattresses. A couple of log-shaped pillows and new outdoor bedding accentuate the homey camping theme.
Near the entryway in the living area is the main couch. This was also ripped out, rebuilt, and topped with more Happy Camper and log pillows for good measure.
A special thanks to Morgan for sharing their camper with us! If you have rebuilt a camper, we would love to see it—please review our submissions page here.
