A Husband Surprised His Wife With An Old, Rusty Trailer And She Made It Beautiful

Vintage trailer before renovation

The trailer above might not look like much, but when Tiffany Kirchner Dixon received it as a surprise present from her husband, she saw the beginnings of something special.

Most vintage trailers – like vintage bus conversions – need a lot of work. Especially an old canned ham-type trailer like Tiffany’s.

More than 50 years old, the trailer looked to be in some rough shape. Someone had painted the inside with black paint and neon accents, and rust had taken its toll on the exterior.

Tiffany named her new project, ‘Audree’, and painted the trailer pink after Audrey Hepburn’s favorite color.
