You’ve probably heard about the familiar story of the cat getting stuck up in a tree.
But it’s not every day that you hear of a kitten getting its head stuck in an RV’s wheel.
This ten-week-old kitten got a little bit too adventurous, and tried to wiggle through a hole in the wheel.
While its little head fit through, the kitten overestimated the size of the opening, and ended up stuck.
When animal control officers responded to the call, they couldn’t believe their eyes.
The Martin County Sheriff’s Office said,
At first officers were not sure if they were able set him free without causing injury, but they worked slowly and did not give up. With care, precision, and perseverance, Officers Belknap and Thonney managed to free the kitten from the tight spot without injuring him.

It seems he took a liking to his rescuers.
Only 8 more lives left – be careful out there!
The lucky (and tough) kitten is now in the care of a Martin County animal hospital. Once he recovers from the ordeal, the little guy will be available for adoption.
