Ethan Ramirez had already built one tiny house when he started this second one. At only 84 square feet, it wouldn’t be easy to live in this trailer for long stretches. Right now he’s looking for a buyer, what do you think?
Ethan Ramirez’ 84 square foot trailer home.
The trailer doesn’t have a plumbed water system. Instead, Ethan and his girlfriend haul water in and use a simple gravity fed water tank.
You might notice there’s no windows on the long side of the trailer. Ethan added windows on just the front and back to create a natural draft when they’re opened.
Most tiny houses have a lofted sleeping area. Since Ethan lives in central Texas, he placed the mattress on the floor to keep cool in the summer heat.
This standing work area sits opposite the kitchen.
There’s a window mounted A/C unit and a simple gravity fed water basin.
Ethan and his girlfriend are asking $12,000 for their handmade trailer house. It’s located between San Antonio and Austin, TX and you can contact Ethan at tinyhouseask (at) yahoo.com for more details or to place an offer.
