Adam works as a carpenter and lives in Brighton, England with his 12 year old daughter, Devon. Both love to surf and the two desperately wished to live closer to the sea. So they decided to build a second home – out of a double decker bus!
Paying a little under $7,000 (£4,500) for the 31-year-old bus, Adam built a magnificent living space for his family.

I hope he gets some more practice driving the bus than just the 30 minute lesson. He’ll definitely have to pay closer attention to road signs, including the height of bridges.
It’s also interesting how second-hand double decker buses are actually cheaper to buy than regular buses. I would have thought there would be a ‘cool factor’ premium of some kind.
