One of our forum members clued us on in a great RV product today. The GPL Compact Folding RV Ladder. I have personally never seen anything like this in my days as a contractor and RV’er. But after looking at the reviews and seeing how this ladder folds into such a small package its clear that its ideal for folks with a Motorhome, RV Trailer, or Camper. I can see this being great for hanging awning lights, washing your RV, RV repairs, etc. It allows the ladder to be stored out of site. It also fits in the 4 1/2 inch by 5 inch standard decorative fence post sold at most hardware stores and lumber yards. This allows mounting on truck racks, inside service vans and also RV’s.The reviews on these ladders are stellar particularly from the RV crowd which is always a huge plus. There are several versions of this ladder. There are links below to the most popular versions via Amazon.com and a video showing it in use:
Item No. | Description | Folded Dimensions | Weight Each |

This is one of GPL’s most popular items, with homeowners, RV enthusiasts and the trades. Its light weight, folds to just 3 1/2 inches, by 3 1/2 by the model length. The product is made of light weight aluminum with steel parts and replaceable, rubberized anti-skid feet. The product is corrosion resistant, strong and tested to be OSHA compliant for a Type II, 225lb., commercial rating. If you’re short on space or just don’t like to see a ladder hanging around this is the product for you. It allows the ladder to be stored out of site. It also fits in the 4 1/2 inch by 5 inch standard decorative fence post sold at most hardware stores and lumber yards. This allows mounting on truck lumber racks, inside service vans and also RV’s. If you’re a typical homeowner that uses a ladder only once or twice a week, this is the perfect ladder for you. It’s easy to carry around minimizing the potential to bump or scratch furniture and walls. If you use the ladder for work and have to walk to job sites, you can put a shoulder strap on it (weighs just 13 lbs) and you can still carry all your tools and the ladder in one trip. In New York you will often see folks using the subway with our ladders, image carrying a conventional ladder on the subway!

Can’t seem to find them readily available, I would give GPL a call or email. They probably replace these on case by case basis. http://gpl-inc.com/
My 3 ft. GPLogistics ladder is missing one of the rubberized feet. Can you tell me how I can get a replacement? thank you
Per common ladder safety the young lady in the video is at least one step too high.
