Lightweight And Collapsible Camper Pulled With Reclining Bicycle

Inventor Paul Elkins shared his friend’s collapsible camper. It’s made of plastic, and has just enough room for a single person to sleep laying down. You might say it’s quite similar to those capsule hotels seen in Japan.

Paul wrote,

 Jerry is semi-retired and wanted to do some trike touring. He came up with this wonderful collapsable fluted plastic camper.

That’s a novel idea to use rigid foam insulation. The pink foam doesn’t deform easily, and provides extra insulation from the ground. Just a sleeping bag on top and you’re good for the night!
