Article Submission Terms and Conditions

By submitting any information or photos to Do It Yourself RV (“DIY RV”) or any of its partner sites on the RV LIFE Network, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. You grant DIY RV and its partner sites the irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such information and photos in any form, media, or technology, whether now known or hereafter developed, for both informational and promotional purposes.
2. You warrant and represent that you have the right to grant the license described above and that the use of your information and photos by DIY RV and its partner sites will not infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party.
3. You acknowledge and agree that DIY RV and its partner sites have no obligation to use your information or photos and that they may remove or delete such information or photos at any time at their sole discretion.
4. You understand that your submission of information or photos does not create any obligation on the part of DIY RV or its partner sites to compensate you or provide you with any other consideration.
5. You acknowledge and agree that DIY RV and its partner sites may edit, crop, or otherwise modify your information or photos for the purposes of publication or promotion.

By checking the consent checkbox in the submission form, you indicate that you have read and understand the terms and conditions described above and that you agree to grant DIY RV and its partner sites the right to use your information and photos as described herein.

Ownership of Content

I certify that all photos and information and photos that I am submitting to Do It Yourself RV and its partner sites are my original works and that I have the right to distribute them for publication.

I understand that any false statements or misrepresentations made in connection with my submission may result in legal consequences, including but not limited to monetary damages and attorney’s fees.

Furthermore, I acknowledge that the submission of photos or information that infringes upon the intellectual property or other rights of a third party may result in liability for infringement or other legal claims against me.

By checking the consent checkbox in the submission form, I confirm that I have read and understood the above statements and that I am providing this certification voluntarily and without coercion.
