Though Tony Hsieh has a net worth approaching one billion dollars, the Internet entrepreneur has decided to continue his (relatively) frugal lifestyle by living in a Las Vegas trailer park that he developed.
Tony still runs the online shoe retailer Zappos, having sold it to Amazon a few years ago for over one billion dollars. He’s also written a best-selling book called Delivering Happiness.
The RV park he’s founded isn’t of the ordinary type though. It’s an Airstream-only park (he also lets in upscale Tumbleweed tiny houses). Most of the tenants are software developers who visit Las Vegas for just a short time. Tony named his establishment Llamapolis because he lives in his Airstream with his pet llama!
