Picture Of The Day: Vintage MAN Truck Camper

Vintage Mack truck camper
Our Road Less Traveled

It’s big, it’s burly, it’s a vintage truck camper on a MAN truck chassis (thanks Erik on Facebook for the tip)!

According to TrucksPlanet, the MAN 630 was built from 1956-1972. It’s tough to get more information on this chassis, as most online literature is in German. Here’s some specs from the Danish Army Vehicles Homepage.

There’s no mistaking this bee-yellow custom camper. I like those “Off-Road Trucker” flaps up front. The windshield reminds me of that on a Brink’s armored truck, do you think it could be bulletproof?
