Dazzo’s Desert Oasis is a quirky roadside stop right off Highway 93 in the Arizona desert. As the name suggests, it is an oasis out in the middle of nowhere, and it offers a welcome reprieve for many weary travelers.

The RV park provides a clean, safe, and level place to park for the night and enjoy full hookups at a very affordable rate. Many like the fact that they don’t even have to unhitch to enjoy a comfortable night off of the road.

The best part? There is an onsite Chicago-style eatery that serves up some of the best Chicago-style dogs in the West. Something you’re sure to appreciate after a long day of driving.

Hot Dogs Near South Forty RV Park – Marysvale, Utah

Set in the tiny town of Marysvale and on the Paiute Trail, South Forty RV Park is the place to go for some awesome SXS and ATV riding that you won’t soon forget. A private road leads directly from the campground to the trail, so you don’t even have to cross a road to get there!

With 75 big rig pull-through sites, there is plenty of room for everyone and parking is a breeze. Full hookups are available, as are a clean laundry room and bathhouses with showers. Pet owners will appreciate that the park also has a place for dogs to run around and have a good time.

While this park does not have an on-site hot dog stand, it is just a mile from Coach’s Hot Dog Stand. This place serves delectable dogs, and many travelers report that it is a worthwhile stop even if you aren’t staying in town.

University Station RV Resort – Auburn, Alabama

University Station RV Resort is the place to go for a good time when visiting beautiful Auburn, Alabama. The park hosts a big event the Friday night before each home game, which includes live music, food trucks, and a bonfire. They also offer a shuttle to games, so you don’t have to deal with parking.

A wonderfully green place, the RV park boasts sites with hookups, a water fill station, and a dump station. The bathhouses are clean and lovely to use, and there is a beautiful community picnic area available for campers.

The on-site Tailgate Grill is found in the Station 14 Convenience Store, which also sells gasoline, diesel, propane, firewood, and other must-have items. While the grill doesn’t currently serve hot dogs, they do serve some seriously amazing corn dogs that absolutely deserve a place on this list.

Located on the gorgeous Highway 1, Half Moon Bay RV Park is the perfect place to stop and explore for a few days while driving through northern California. From here, you can check out Main Street Half Moon Bay, El Granada, Montana, Pescadero, and Santa Cruz. If you don’t mind driving about an hour, you can even make a day trip to San Francisco from this park!

The Half Moon Bay Area is great for birding, hiking, surfing, kayaking, or just taking in amazing ocean views. The park itself boasts free Wi-Fi, private bathhouses with showers, a laundry room, and sites with hookups.

Right next door to the RV park is Cameron’s Restaurant. Here, you can order an amazing chili cheese dog that you won’t soon forget. The eatery also serves up yummy pizza, a variety of sausages, some excellent soups and salads, and more!

Baylor Beach Park – Navarre, Ohio

An amazing summertime destination, Baylor Beach Park is the place to go for waterpark fun, RV camping, fishing, and of course, some yummy concession stand snacks.

The RV park features a playground, sports courts, mini golf, a gem mine, and of course, easy access to the waterpark. The sites feature water and electricity, and some even include sewer hookups. There is a shower house available to campers and the pavilion is the perfect place for gatherings.

If you’re in the mood for a hot dog, you needn’t look any further than the onsite concession stand. During the summer months, the stand serves hot food from 11 a.m. until 5:15 p.m. Hot dogs are an option, of course, but you can also order burgers, pizza, and more from this little stand.

Fuller Resort and Campground – Buchanan, Michigan

Found on the shores of the beautiful Clear Lake, Fuller Resort & Campground is a wonderful place to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Here you can get out on the water in a kayak or canoe, go for a swim in the beautiful water, have a picnic while enjoying the view, and more.

The campground features both partial- and full-hookup sites, and each site has its own fire ring and picnic table. There are restrooms with showers available, as is a laundry room. A playground and multiple sports courts will keep everyone active, busy, and happy, and the camp store will ensure you have everything you need during your visit.

When lunchtime rolls around, head to the beachside concession stand to pick up a hot dog or two. While you’re at it, make sure to grab an ice cream cone for dessert!
