This got a big thumbs up from my husband. I cooked several chicken breasts at a time in the air fryer for about 30 minutes. You could also do this in an electric skillet. Prep time was around 20 minutes.
Added information…I checked my blood sugar and got no spike just a half hour later.
The final product turned out super yummy in the air fryer.
The sauce is optional but highly recommended.
You can adjust the amount of cheese and ham based on the size of the chicken breasts.
Make sure the chicken is fully cooked by checking that its internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C).
