Breakfast Sausage Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean turkey or chicken breakfast sausage
  • 4 ounces light or reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 1 cup reduced-fat or part-skim shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup finely chopped vegetables such as spinach, bell peppers, or lightly sautéed zucchini or mushrooms
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ tsp. baking powder

Instructions
