Building a tiny house on top of a cargo trailer has become the norm. But rarely do you see one this small!
Joe Everson from Tennessee Tiny Homes drove sixteen hours to a tiny house workshop, towing his tiny house all the way.
The 60 square foot tiny house (nicknamed the Out House) rests on a 13 foot trailer. While the 6 foot by 10 foot floorplan might make you wince, he’s still managed to fit in a refrigerator, stove top, and a microwave with toaster oven – plus a composting toilet, storage space, and a couch!
