Thanks to one of our forum posters they clued me into this interesting use of a tennis ball and it became clear to me that this could be converted just as easy into a RV mount. You have to be creative when it comes to RV’ing as things tend to “shift during flight” for lack of a better phrase. Items like this can stabilize otherwise loose objects such as keys, pens, cleaning towels, notes, maps, etc. I just completed this myself and once I had all the tools out it took me all of 60 seconds to complete and have mounted in my RV. If you have any other suggestions or interesting ideas for an RV be sure to post them in the comments or in the forums!
Materials you will need for your very own Tennis Ball RV Mount:
- Suction hooks (Dont skimp on these or you will be sorry!, you need to pick up high quality versions like THIS)
- Tennis balls
- Craft eyes (Optional depending on your affinity for functionality vs. cute accessory)
- X-acto knife (Utilty Knife works as well)
- Drill and screw (Optional, could use any sharp object to poke the hole)
