30 Foot Trailer House Made For A Family In The Texas Hill Country [VIDEO]

Greg Parham designs and builds custom trailer homes through his company Rocky Mountain Tiny Houses. He made this custom house for one of his clients in Texas.

As far as trailer-based houses go, you won’t find too many larger than this. While not as long as some of the biggest fifth wheel trailers, the home weighs about the same – around 12,000 pounds dry.

The structure sits on a 15,000 pound, triple-axle trailer that Greg fabricated himself.

Inside you’ll find two lofts, with a 197 square foot main floor. The house cost nearly $63,000 to build.
