  1. This topic always leaves me scratching my head.

    Semi-trucks run the same roads in the same weather loaded, unloaded and few with TPMS. They hit curbs, potholes, road debris and go places with a bulldozer on the trailer where a DP would never consider. Yet they aren’t worried about tire covers when they’re parked a couple weeks. They are changing tires based off a calendar or odometer but rather by wear.

    That said, are we being overly cautious while needlessly adding to landfills with rubber waste?
